To confirm a reservation, we require written, faxed or emailed confirmation together with your preferred method of payment. We accept Debit/Credit cards, Bankers Drafts or Bank Transfers.
A deposit of 25% will be payable on confirmation of your booking with the full balance being payable 14 days prior to arrival.
Credit card payments subject to 3% charge.
In the event of a cancellation, a charge will be applied as follows:-
More than 28 days prior to arrival – No charge
Less than 7 days prior to arrival – 25%
Less than 24 hours – 100%
The cancellation charge will be limited to an amount not exceeding 7 night apartment charge.
Clients are liable for the cost(s) of repair and/or replacement arising as a result of misuse and/or negligence in connection with any part of the building or contents therein. A security deposit of £150 is payable by credit card imprint or cash upon arrival, to be held against such damage and/or loss and which will be refunded in full (pr in part as appropriate) in the event that no damage and/or loss has been caused by the client and/or their visitors during their stay. This is without prejudice to any claim by Victor House & No 4 Apartments for any amount greater than the aforesaid security deposit.
The number of persons permitted to occupy an apartment is limited to the number of people on the booking form. Max occupancy 3 persons. Charges apply for additional bedding.
Occupation cannot be guaranteed before 2.00pm on the day of arrival and vacation must be by 12.00 noon on the day of departure.
The management reserves the right without notice to take possession of the accommodation in the event of non payment or any other breach of the Terms and Conditions of booking.
