You may have your own home to rent due to a change in circumstances or you may have an investment property for rental. We can help with the process of finding a tenant, carrying out all the necessary referencing and right to rent checks, along with conducting the viewings to find a suitable tenant.
Our full Management service includes
- Advertising your property for rent on our website, OnTheMarket, via our social media platforms and circulating it within our extensive database of potential tenants
- Referencing tenants and guarantors
- Carrying out right to rent checks
- Conducting accompanied viewings
- Drawing up tenancy agreements
- Arranging deposit protection insurance
- Preparing a full inventory for the property
- Provide an emergency out of hours service
- Collect and hold the deposit
- Collect and remit monthly rent
- Prior to end of the tenancy discuss renewal or termination
- Arrange gas safety records, electrical reports, portable appliance testing, smoke & carbon monoxide alarms
- Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
- Hold keys throughout the tenancy
- Carry out a property inspection initially every 6 months
Our Full management fee is 12.5% of the monthly rental.

Our find a tenant fee is £250 one off payment for each property.
