VII Serviced Apartments Terms & Conditions
Confirmation of Reservations
To confirm a reservation, we require written, faxed or emailed confirmation together with your preferred method of payment. We accept Debit/Credit cards, Bankers Drafts or Bank Transfers. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received in full.
Method of Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of booking along with the security deposit of £200.
In the event of a cancellation, a charge will be applied as follows:-
- 28 days or more prior to arrival – No charge
- 24 hours to 27 days prior to arrival – 50%
- Less than 24 hours – 100%
The cancellation charge will be limited to an amount not exceeding 7 night apartment charge.
Clients are liable for the cost(s) of repair and/or replacement arising as a result of misuse and/or negligence in connection with any part of the building or contents therein. A security deposit of £200 will be held against such damage and/or loss and which will be refunded in full (or in part as appropriate) in the event that no damage and/or loss has been caused by the client and/or their visitors during their stay. This is without prejudice to any claim by VII Serviced Apartments for any amount greater than the aforesaid security deposit.
Please note we cannot accept bookings from persons under 18 years and photo ID is required. Max occupancy 2 Adult Guests. Charges apply for additional linen. Wi-Fi is available; fair usage policy applies.
Occupation from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and vacation by 10.00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing at point of booking, late check out/early check in fees may apply.
The management reserves the right without notice to take possession of the accommodation in the event of non payment or any other breach of the Terms and Conditions of booking.
